Minecraft Spotlight - ItemStay

Welcome to the Monday Minecraft Spotlight! In this issue we will cover ItemStay, a plugin by nighteyes604 and garrett2smart87.

With ItemStay, players can easily create their own "display cases" using a very simple process. All they will need to do to put their item on display is standing on a block, executing the itemstay command and then dropping the item. Upon dropping the item, it will be placed onto the block that was assigned earlier.

The items on display look exactly the same as normally dropped items, but the difference is that they cannot be picked up or stacked with identical items. Lastly, they will not disappear over time either, allowing players to build their own display rooms to show off their precious belongings.

Simply follow these steps and your players will be enjoying this plugin in no time!

  1. Download the latest version of ItemStay from here or here.
  2. Place the "ItemStay.jar" file in the "plugins" folder, located in your server's main directory.
  3. Start or reload your server.
  4. Enjoy your newly installed plugin!

ItemStay is a fun addition to any server that lets players put their items on display using a single, simple command. This allows them not only to show off their items, but also to use them as decoration in their house. Due to the lack of a configuration file, installing the plugin is piece of cake too!
