FTB Presents Sky Factory 3-1.10.2-3.0.8

Similar to the previous one, this update also brings many needed fixes, but also a couple of additions.

Some of the main changes: FTB Utils now has GUI's for teams, making it a simpler process for admins and players. Most Natura Saplings now grow, allowing you to decorate you base with a different set of tools if you desire.
