Depending on how you configured the permissions in AA, and your position in the raid (leader/assistant/neither), and your rank in your own guild (officer or not), you may not have access to display a page while in raid, even just to yourself.  You should read the "Permissions section" bit in the documentation of AA.

If you just want to display notes for yourself personally, not tied to anyone else, you should download a separate, but similar, addon called Angry Notes.

Rest of your questions should all be answered in the documentation really.

I haven't been playing 7.1.0+, but I logged in today and did a raid and didn't see any problems with GrimReaper, things seem to work normally for me.  Haven't released any new versions in a while since I don't know of any issues.  Can you be more specific with when/how a problem is happening?  If you are getting Lua errors, post them.

Whether or not you can use the addon to change talents on the fly, it was still useful to be reminded that you need to change the talents to begin with, when you get to a particular boss.  The reminder aspect was always the most important part of the addon for me.  This particular suggestion doesn't really work for fixing that aspect though, because it relies on you remembering to target the boss a safe amount of time before pulling...

No problem, let me know if you see any bugs.  I've only done minimal testing, won't be playing much until Legion is out.

Yes, I am planning on it.  But I'm not playing the 7.0 pre-patch right now.  So, there may or may not be an update before the actual expansion is out.

They would be in your WoW dir under WTF\Account\<acctname>\SavedVariables\AngryAssignments.lua.

File should be hand-editable, but it's not a pretty format.  You can at least pull your text out of there if you need to do so out-of-game.  The "\n" you see in the strings in there represent line breaks.

Already supported.  You configure your stuff on a per-spec basis.  The reminders shown pertain to the spec that you currently are.

Maybe you moved it off-screen.  Worst case, you could delete your AA configuration and start fresh.  Exit WoW, delete WTF\Account\youracctname\SavedVariables\AngryAssignments.lua.  Start WoW back up.

Well the first one is invalid syntax.  The second one is an invalid icon name.  The documentation explains to use Wowhead to get icon names.  What you're probably wanting is {icon ability_shaman_healingtide}.

Works just fine for me.  It doesn't apply to the assignments display, if that's what you'e expecting?  It's only for the editor window.
