    I figured out the blank AtlasLoot issue. Sometimes when I go over 100 frames in the framestack and try to open AtlasLoot, AtlasLootDefaultFrame ends up 3-4 frames HIGHER in the stack than AtlasLootItemFrame and AltasLootItem1, etc.

    You may need code like some other addons use to operate differently above 100 frames. For example, TradeSkillMaster uses the following code:
    if frame:GetFrameLevel() < 100="">
    frame:SetToplevel(true)
    else
    frame:SetToplevel(false)
    frame:SetFrameLevel(AuctionFrame:GetFrameLevel() + 5)

    It's taint probably caused by the dropdown menu. Basically, Blizzard has a lot of bugs in the ways addons interact with the default UI that haven't been fixed (for years now). There are tons of workarounds of course, and the focus frame error can likely be fixed (it has to do with http://wow.incgamers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=418350 most likely), but if Blizzard would fix it then every addon author wouldn't have to waste hours trying to figure out how to make their completely unrelated addon not break some obscure function (often it happens to glyph switching).

    Also, you kind of sound like a jerk and very ungrateful in both of your posts. Don't use the addon if you don't like it. He does this for free in his spare time and doesn't owe you the time of day, much less a commitment to fix all your problems.

    This addon is broken come Patch 4.0.1, just as an FYI to the developers.
    StartAuction() and CancelAuction() now require hardware events in addition to their other arguments.
