Nov 9, 2008Unless you're willing to sit down and maintain this project entirely by yourself, including dealing with the same people like you who complain if a single bug exists for more than 5 minutes, by all means, fork the project out and start maintaining your own version. Otherwise, post clean, concise, and USEFUL error reports into the proper location specified in the "Bug Reporting" section of the addon description (kinda hard to miss, it is the first category there). Your final option? Go use another addon and complain when THAT author doesn't have a fix 5 minutes after a bug surfaces.Link Removed
Nov 2, 2008If you don't get the format just right, this can and will happen on nearly every client. Do NOT try and use %X as your format for the timestamp. Blizzard breaks that functionality every single major version update, so it's best to use a full-qualified format instead.Link Removed

Wow, a wonderfully original idea. *hurries to add this to the addons directory*

"1) The difference I saw was HUGE. (19.75% predicted vs. 18.43% actual.)"
On what planet do you reside where a 1.32% difference is huge? Son, you need to go out in the sun more often. Now get the heck off of Curse, where you're spending more time wasting bandwidth than anything else.

"What has not been implemented: Rating changes(Crit/hit, etc.) Talents for several classes, including: Druids Paladins Hunters Warriors Rogues Shamans Third Party Bar support"
Reading, it's a wonderful thing. Third party bar support will be added when it's possible, give the author time.

- sigh* AV was so much fun until you had to ruin it with this.
Oh well, such is the way of life. I do want to thank you for giving me the idea to go in and actually write one of these from the ground up, open to both factions. See, unlike you, I actually like to tailor stuff I create to everyone, not be restrictive like you may be.
And I do challenge you to try and cry copyright infringement, or to try and get the Curse admins to take down any addon I create. See, we have laws within the US that guard us against the "obvious" copyright crap, and while Curse may remove my addon, there's plenty of other addon sites out there that will host addons without any problems whatsoever.
Hope you sleep real soundly tonight. I know I'll be getting plenty of sleep to get a quick jump on writing this addon tomorrow. Happy trails!

Zek, not sure if you changed this or not, but now I'm unable to pull individual party members frames away from the others. They're all clumped together instead of independent. I tend to spread my party members on 2 sides of the screen, with myself in the middle, so it's a very noticeable thing when it's gone. Any chance we can get individual party member dragging again? :-)
Btw, huge thank you for getting this addon working so quickly. You have no idea how much I would have missed this addon. :-)

Copy and paste direct from BugSack:
[2006/10/15 10:30:27-352]: XPerl_TeamSpeak\XPerl_TeamSpeak.lua:280: Usage: XPerl_TeamSpeakText:SetPoint("point" [, region or nil] [, "relativePoint"] [, offsetX, offsetY])
Happens whenever I typed /ts. The icon still pops up, however. Waiting to actually try the addon as soon as I can get a raid started up. :-)

I recognize some of the Ace addons you use, but there's a few I'm not familiar with. What bar mod and buff mod do you use?
Edit: Nevermind, figured it out. Bartender2_Circled for the bar mod, ElfBuffBar for the Buff mod, in case anyone else is interested.

The following is a direct copy and paste from BugSack.
[2006/09/12 21:21:00-129]: Perl\Perl.lua:621: attempt to index local `argFrame' (a nil value) Perl\Perl.lua:621: in function `Perl_CombatFlashSet' Perl_RaidFrames\Perl_Raid.lua:446: in function <Interface\AddOns\Perl_RaidFrames\Perl_Raid.lua:445> Perl_RaidFrames\Perl_Raid.lua:1218: in function `func' Perl_RaidFrames\Perl_Raid.lua:1112: in function `Perl_Raid_OnEvent'
Happens consistently while in a raid and at least 1 raid member is in combat. Becoming quite annoying, to put it lightly.
Also getting the same as Lilliana, as far as the screen pulse.
