    The localization depends upon the GetLocale() function.  If your client returns German (deDE) as the locale, then it uses German text.  If it returns anything else, it uses English.

    Instead of adding a modifier key to the toggle options, I've added a slash command to assist in regaining visibility if lost.  I hope this helps!

     You've got it!  I just uploaded version 7.3.0-1.1, which added toggle commands /emoteldb and /eldb to allow for command line toggling of both the minimap icon and emote slash commands.

    I know it's been a few months, but I did make a few of your suggested changes.

     

    1. I changed the emote list to be left-aligned.  Categories are still centered because I think they look better that way.

    2. I fixed the annoying multiple mouseover issue.  I agree that it was annoying, and it was a bug that I'd been trying to fix for a while.

     

    I am currently looking at re-sorting the list by world impact (AV, then V, then A, then chat only).  I'm essentially just pulling it from a data table, so it should just be a matter of re-sorting the data accordingly.

    Here's a fix that I found (I forget where or I'd give credit) for the LibBalancePowerTracker error.  In function CheckEclipseBuff (should be line 366), change the entire function to the following :

    local function CheckEclipseBuff()
        local power = UnitPower("player", 8)
        if abs(power) ~= 100 then
            power = 0
        end
        vars.eclipse = power
        return vars.eclipse
    end

    They got rid of the actual Lunar Eclipse and Solar Eclipse buffs, so this will just check to see if you're at +100 or -100 eclipse power (max at either end) instead

    There are currently no translations for the addon.  The addon isn't even programmed to allow for localization.  After a pretty long period with no required development (none of the patches have broken it), I actually plan on localizing the addon this week.  The addon will not be fully localized, as I don't speak multiple languages, but the strings that require translation will be known and condensed into a single file.
