If a spec is ignored, it won't show the button while that spec is active. Upon ignoring a spec, there should've been a notice explaining that you can use /ap unignore to reset all specs for that character and have them show again, though :)

I'm looking into it, but it isn't happening for me. Can you send the saved variables (via PM/Upload on pastebin.com or something) and name the character(s) that are affected?

It's very odd, as it only appears to affect some characters and I can't say what triggers the actual bug, so at most I can add a workaround to suppress the error without eliminating the cause. Sounds like the Cache is getting corrupted somehow; I'd like to find out how :)

    Patch notes for r603:

    - TOC update for 7.3
    - Fix the packager issues that were leading to bad externals (one symptom was a strange merge issue in the ptBR translation of LibBabble-Subzone)
    - This is a packager test
    - 7.3 content to follow in a future update

This must be the same issue as #158, but I wasn't able to reproduce it. Maybe 7.3 messed something up that I haven't discovered yet (as I haven't played since it hit) - I will investigate further and see if I can at least add a workaround.

See current status on GitHub: Link

The update process is halted because the addon is crashing with the error you posted. The icons are usually hidden, but the display doesn't update properly since it has crashed at that point.

If you can send me your Saved Variables (via PM) and tell me which characters are affected and which are fine, that would likely be helpful (as I haven't encountered this error myself).

It should be saved by the game, but there may be an issue with your layout cache. You can check if there's an entry such as this

    Frame: TotalAP_DefaultView_AnchorFrame
    FrameLevel: 1
    Anchor: LEFT
    X: 14
    Y: -180
    W: 234
    H: 104

     in <WoW folder>/WTF/Account/<Account name>/<Realm>/<Character>/layout-local.txt.

These settings are stored for each character, but they reset when the addon fails to load or is deactivated (or there's an issue with the file itself). An option to manually save the position is planned, but I haven't gotten around to it yet. I'll look into adding something soon (TM) :)

When does this happen? Does it occur if you disable ALL addons except TotalAP? If you enable only Professor? If you don't use any addons whatsoever?

Also, is it limited to just one character or do you get it on alts as well? Please provide their artifact info (level, tier, etc.) - you can send the saved variables via PM for me to look at.

I can't reproduce it and I'm not sure what is going on, but the only way I can see it happening is if there is something wrong with the data (specifically, the artifact tier of your weapon). I'll try to fix it as soon as I have more information :)

Thanks, I think this has been reported here. Current status on GitHub: (link)

I'm looking into the cause of this. Clearly, something is still wrong but it seems hard to track down where exactly it is coming from. Not sure how fast I can sort this out, but I am aware and I'll work on resolving it soon(TM).

See GitHub issue - should be fixed now. If not, provide more details because I can't reproduce it :)

Can I get more details on that issue? I'm not sure what you're referring to, but I haven't had much time to test the addon so I might have missed something.

(Should try r26-beta, although I'm not sure it will make a difference)
