Unfortunately I can't reproduce this. Even with only Bagnon (7.2.6) and Can I Mog It? (7.2.5.03) enabled everything works fine.
We haven't changed how Can I Mog It? works with Bagnon as technically we haven't done anything to directly support Bagnon. It just works automatically in your bags/bank since it uses Blizzard's frames as the base.
However, the Bagnon option "Display Blizzard frames for Hidden Bags" option can prevent our icons from displaying completely.

I still see it in the Client. Did you manually delete it from your addons folder? That removes them from the Client's list. I also can see it when I search using "Get More Addons."
If it's still missing after either installing it via the Client's search or manually downloading from the site and Refreshing the Client, please let me know. Thanks!

I'm so sorry, Martin! I didn't get my email notifications or I would have been able to tell you right away. We're slowly working on reorganizing the files and this update moved all of the Overlay code around, so a game restart/fresh open was required after. Probably unlucky ordering of Update and Play. Sorry!

We have this on our to-do list, but it's very low priority. Personally I suspect we won't, mainly because if there is a way to hide it, it's probably by disabling a Blizzard console variable, which then would stay turned off even if you disabled our addon.

Thank you very much! This seems to work well. We need to run some tests to make sure it covers all situations, but we hope to include this in the next update. Ticket here: https://gitlab.com/toreltwiddler/CanIMogIt/issues/24

Did you downgrade from the 7.2.5.01 beta to 7.2.0.04? You can't downgrade versions between the two because of how the database was changed.
That's the only time that error should happen. To stop the errors you will need to delete your CanIMogIt.lua Saved Variables file or restore a backup.
