Just turn off the "open all" button in the addon options.  The new Blizzard open all button is much faster.  I still use Postal for its other features, it's just the open all button that's no longer needed.

If you've tested an addon and you know it works with 7.2, you can edit the TOC file manually to show version 70200 and WOW will load it without the load outdated addons checkbox.

Just FYI.  This says it is for 7.2.  But the TOC version is still 70100, so it requires a TOC edit or "load outdated addons" to load.  TOC should be 70200.

Oddly enough, I haven't had any issues with this post-7.2.  I manually edited the TOC files to load this without checking "load outdated addons".  This is the only addon I have sans Postal that isn't officially updated for 7.2.

Agreed.  I'm still using this.  While Blizzard's "open all" button is nice from a vanilla UI perspective, it does not even come close to replacing the functionality this addon has.  The default WOW UI does not have functionality to remember (and autocomplete) alts on different servers/factions.  This does.

Ah, I'm the opposite.  I haven't actually written an addon myself (I dabble a bit in code, enough to modify existing addons, but not enough to actually write something from scratch myself - yet), but I'd definitely post an update even if it just needed a TOC update.  1) It shows that the project is indeed alive.  And 2) most WOW players that don't know anything about code will just blindly check "load outdated addons" after a batch, and this is bad practice, because blindly loading outdated addons after a major patch (without testing each addon to make sure it works) can cause severe issues.  I see all kinds of posts in tech support after a patch about FPS issues and crashes, and a LOT of them are due to this.

Yep, adding that and editing the TOC to 70200 makes this addon perfectly functional with 7.2.  Not much of an update is actually needed.  If the author isn't going to update it any more, maybe someone should offer to take it over.

This is a bug in the curse client sadly.  There's nothing an addon developer can do about it.  Intermittently the datastore stuff will show as separate addons.  They'll eventually disappear (in my experience it takes a few days).  I've had this happen about 4 separate times since the new curse client came out.  Datastore one day will randomly show as a bunch of separate addons, then eventually they will disappear.  Obviously this should happen if you set the curse client to install libraries as separate addons, but it does this even if you do not have this set.  I have no idea what triggers this, as I've seen it happen even when there wasn't an altoholic update.  It seems to be random.

EDIT:  Deleting the addon via the curse client and reinstalling it manually seems to fix the issue, and the curse client will once again update it properly (without showing datastore as separate addons - only showing Altoholic now).

Yeah, I tried TSM and it is a bloated ugly mess.  I mean it has a lot of functionality but the UI is a disaster and it's very difficult to do simple things like just put something up for auction.  It seemed to care more about trying to sort my bags and bank than just using the AH.  This is the only auction addon I've found that is actually useable without having to jump through multiple hoops to do simple things.  The other ones all seem to be very bloated, and end up being jack of all trades, master of none.

I've tested this with 7.2 and haven't run into any problems so far.  Looks like it may just need a TOC update.
