Righteous Defense has been removed and related Options.
Final Stand for Paladins has been added.
Taunt Display code has been worked to consider the way Final Stand triggers as a SPELL_AURA_APPLIED event.
The code no longer assumes SPELL_AURA_APPLIED is a Normal taunt.
SPELL_CAST_SUCCESS still only checks for AOE taunts because single target taunts will triggers a cast success even if it fails.
All the output code for formatting the messages has been refactored to their own functions because that's good coding and its reused a lot now :P.
Because of the way the code has been reworked, WhoTaunted would spam multiple times when only one taunt goes off. This is just how the combat log triggers  events and is why I wrote the code originally to prevent this.
Now instead to circumvent the spam, a new RecentTaunt table has been added and each taunt that displays will be added with a timestamp.
If the Taunt has already been displayed, it will not show it again.
The Taunt table gets cleared after combat and when a player changes zones to prevent it from getting too big.
A special condition has been added for Death Grip to ignore Spell ID 49576. This ID is now ONLY the pull effect. 51399 is the taunt effect when you are Blood.
Toc update to 1.3.
