I know this is an old post, but, the Bartender saved positions and whatnot are in the "WTF\Account\ACCOUNTNAME (or number)\SavedVariables\Bartender4.lua".

Updated through the Client today, went to play WoW, and all of the Altoholic modules were red, and the main says "Dependancy Missing" behind it. Checked my "AddOns" folder, and there are NO Datastore modules installed. WTF???

Yeah, thanks. I figured that out a few days after I posted my question.

Sure would be nice if they could fix the programming to just check the "SavedVariables" file the next time you start the client, delay the upload til the client is done loading, then do an automatic upload and perhaps show a completion message to let you know it has done its' job. Just a thought.

OK, so, since I can't seem to find any instructions anywhere about how to use this addon, I'm going to just go ahead and ask my noobish question:

Do I actually have to have the Curse Client running while I play WoW for the information to be uploaded to WoWDB, or does the Client actually check for a file to upload the information whenever you start the client?

Go to the "Project Site" and download the latest Beta. If you read the release notes for it, it fixes some of the problems in MoP.

Please click the "Project Site" link in the information block at the top of the page. Make sure you download the latest Alpha version (it will actually say that it's for MoP) from the "Project Site".

GatherMate2's data gets updated a couple of times a month. Gatherer's data (http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info11707-GathererDBWoWHead.html) hasn't had an update since November 2011. That doesn't necessarily mean that Gatherer's data isn't current, but........
